Our perfect Director of Demand Generation eats, breathes, and sleeps pipeline. He/she stays on top of marketing trends and knows the best tools, practices, and methods to drive top-of-funnel interest and conversion. He/she loves analytics, finding tasty insights, and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SEO and help direct our content and web team to continually improve our rankings
  • Manage our paid advertising program (agency today but your call on what we do tomorrow) and ensure our spend is effective and drives great leads into the funnel
  • Lead and coach a team of high-performing digital specialists
  • Develop and execute campaigns focused on top of funnel experiences for our enterprise and ABM accounts
  • Build coordinated campaigns across Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Experience Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to maximize results
  • Weekly evaluation of data to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, to help the team optimize results
  • Develop and manage demand generation budget
  • Manage demand generation success metrics and collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations team to create dashboards for executive visibility

More about you:

  • 10-12 years of Demand Generation experience with a B2B SaaS company
  • Top-notch organizational and analytics skills
  • Experience managing and developing others
  • Past primary ownership of SEO and Paid Ad program
  • Had a quarterly pipeline goal
  • Experience with ABM and ABM technologies
  • Able to quantify your past results

How do we work? Remotely. We have been 100% remote since the company was founded and we have it down to a science - - a people science. We huddle as a team weekly and as a company 3 times a week. On Fridays, we come together to learn from each other. One week it might be about opossum rescue. Another week it might be an update on our product roadmap or the results of our customer satisfaction survey. We are all masters of Zoom and love the freedom of working from home - - or vans - - or sailboats.

Sound too good to be true? We haven’t even gotten to our customers! Think about the best brands, from your favorite tennis shoes to yoga pants. They’re customers. And, in addition to dozens of specialty retailers, this year we added grocery store, pharmacy, and convenience store brands.
